At SkillUP Ahmedabad, we are committed to providing quality IT training and transparent policies. Please read our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Course Cancellation by Student
- Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email or official WhatsApp within 3 days of enrollment.
- If you cancel within 3 days and before attending any class, you may be eligible for a partial refund (processing charges will apply).
- No refund will be applicable once the course has started and you have attended at least one class.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are processed only if the request meets our cancellation criteria.
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
- Processing fees, registration charges, or taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Course Cancellation by Institute
If SkillUP Ahmedabad cancels or reschedules a course due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You will be offered an option to join the rescheduled batch.
- If you are unable to attend the new schedule, a full refund will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Fees paid for workshops, seminars, trial classes, or promotional discounts are strictly non-refundable.
